Pasta with cheese and salami – recipe


Pasta is ingredient for delicious and quick dishes – this recipe is super

500 grams of pasta
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
100g salami (or more, or you can add chicken instead salami)

500 ml of milk
2 cups grated Gouda
2 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons cream cheese
salt and pepper


Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
In a saucepan, melt a butter and fry flour on it.

Add milk and cook until mix thickens.
Add cream cheese, grated cheese and sour cream.
Stir in macaroni and put it in baking dish.

Bake at 200 degrees in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
