COCOA CAKE – quick to prepare!
Cocoa cake is a great solution if you don´t have anything sweet to eat, this is very fast to prepare and you will love it...
- measure cup (1 cup = 2 ounces)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts, walnuts, any other....
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup cocoa
- ½ cup oil
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 4 eggs
- All ingredients put in the bowl and mix, eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa, sour cream, oil, vanilla and baking eggs. Pour out in smaller deep baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 170 degrees about 45 minutes. Decorate with chocolate icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
