Mini strudel with nutella recipe, easy and fast to make, your kids will love it.
1/2 baking powder
100g. Sugar powder
1 vanilla sugar
200g. Butter cut into leaves
1/2 cover and lemon juice
220g. Nutelle for spread
80-100g. Fried and milled hazelnuts
1. Place the flour in a mixing bowl with baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar, a little bit of lemon juice, cut butter into pieces and mix all together. At the end, add the milk and make it easy once again to get a dough without lumps
2. Transfer it to the working surface and form 3 smaller balls, each rolling up medium so that it is neither thick nor thin. Cover each strand with a layer of nutelle, then sprinkle with fried and milled hazelnuts.
3. Put strudels with the spacing one from the other in the pan, cut into pieces 2-3 cm. width. We do this with already marked tape, and that each piece would be the same.
4. Cool 30 minutes. Cut again all pieces the same line as before. Sprinkle with powder sugar and ground vanilla and serve.
