Stuffed peppers recipe – baked in oven this way you just can´t imagine how tasty it is…
6 medium peppers and 1 large red onion
300g of ground meat and 100g of rice
1 tomato and 1 big carrot
50ml of oil
1 tbsp flour and 2 tinned tomato sauce
grated pepper, salt, vegeta, sweet pepper (how much is up to you)
Scoop out the seeds, cleand peppers and cook them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Take them out water and let them cool down.
Hit oil over medium-high heat, ad onion, meat, red sweet pepper, grated pepper.
Fry 10 min. Cook rice only to make rice grow. Rice add to the meat.
Fill peppers and put them in a baking dish. (the rest of meat put between peppers)
Fry tomatoe and carrot small pieces, add salt, vegeta, sweet pepper, tomato sauce, flour and 400ml of water. Boil to make the mixture.
Sprinkle peppers with the mixture and bake in oven for half an hour to 45 min.
(You can add above some cheese if you want) This is so tasty 🙂
