Oreo cheesecake – a fanstatic cake without baking

Oreo cheesecake – this is something new that you can make with oreo cookies. Try this recipe and you wil not regret it…

250 g Oreo biscuits
80 g butter
400 g cream cheese
5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
300 ml of sweet cream

200 g Oreo biscuits should be grind. You can push them out with a piston for meat over the bag, but then you will not get fine fine crumbs. Now take 150 g of biscuits, and put the rest on the side because you will need them later to pour the cake on when it’s done.

Melt the butter and mix it with 150 g of grinded biscuits. Mix thoroughly and the resulting mixture put to the bottom of the round cake mold. Make the mold up to 24 cm in diameter because otherwise the cake will be too low. Coat the mold with a thin layer of butter. With a spoon, press the root well so that the whole surface is evenly distributed. Keep the mold in the refrigerator and keep it cool until the substrate is hardened.

Mix sweet cream until you get a completely solid whipped cream. Mix with cream cheese for powdered sugar. If you like sweets, add more sugar. Now add sweet cream and cream cheese in a uniform cream. In the cream, mix the hand-crafted remaining pieces of Oreo Biscuit. Cover the biscuit with the cream, align and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs of the Oreo biscuit. You can additionally decorate with whipped cream if you want. Cool and serve well. It’s to tastyyyy!

Bon Appetite!
